Indian national arrested with about 2 kilograms of marijuana at Tribhuvan International airport
Kathmandu: An Indian national has been arrested with about two kilograms of marijuana at Tribhuvan International Airport.
He arrived in Kathmandu today on a Sri Lankan Airlines flight from Colombo, Sri Lanka, and was taken into custody by the Armed Police Force from the airport’s customs area.
According to Armed Police Force Nepal spokesperson Bishnu Prasad Bhattarai, the suspect has been handed over to the Nepal Police for necessary investigation along with the seized marijuana.
