Mass monitoring of the SEE exam has been banned this year. The board made the decision after complaints that representatives of various organizations disrupted examinees while monitoring inside exam halls. Monitoring will now be conducted only outside examination centers by official representatives of the District Examination Coordination Committee under the Chief District Officer. Journalists are allowed to film or photograph only outside the centers, while monitoring inside the halls will be conducted solely by the center head and the designated representative. The board has urged all stakeholders to avoid distracting students by filming inside the exam hall or sharing content on social media.
Question papers have been delivered to all seven provinces. The papers, printed at Janak Shiksha Samagri Kendra Limited, were transported with the assistance of security forces. Different question papers have been prepared for each province for all six compulsory subjects. In case of a leak, only the concerned subject in the affected province will be canceled and reprinted.
Security arrangements include mobilization of personnel at each center as determined by the District Examination Committee. Each center will have 15 police officers, one center head, one assistant center head, one invigilator per 20 students, one office assistant per 100 students, and two additional employees to ensure smooth conduct of the exams.
