Dilasaini rural municipality introduces E-attendance system to boost transparency and discipline

Baitadi: Dilasaini Rural Municipality has implemented an e-attendance system, replacing the traditional Dhadda attendance register, with the aim of promoting good governance, transparency, and the use of modern technology.

Under the new system, all employees are required to record their attendance digitally. The system automatically tracks employee details from check-in to check-out, which is expected to enhance accountability, discipline, and overall work efficiency.

Chief Administrative Officer Shankar Bahadur Saund stated that the e-attendance system will make employee management more technology-friendly, effective, and transparent. Currently introduced at the rural municipality office, preparations are underway to expand the system to ward offices within this month.
