Nepali embassy in Israel urges citizens to remain on high alert amid middle east tensions

Kathmandu: The Nepali Embassy in Israel has stated that it is closely monitoring the latest developments in the Middle East and has urged Nepali citizens residing there to remain on high alert.

In a statement, the embassy requested all Nepalis in Israel to strictly follow security-related instructions. It specifically advised them to fully comply with security advisories and directives issued by Israeli authorities and the Home Front Command.

The embassy has encouraged citizens to stay indoors as much as possible, exercise caution at all times, and maintain regular contact with the Nepali community in their respective areas. It has also advised against unnecessary travel without prior permission from the relevant Israeli authorities.

Additionally, the embassy has urged citizens to continuously monitor local news, official updates, and emergency warnings to remain informed about the evolving situation. Regular contact and coordination with the Nepali Embassy in Tel Aviv has also been requested.

The embassy advised people to remain in designated safe shelters nearby and stated that further updates would be issued as necessary.
