Lotus cafe marks seventh anniversary with food assistance to 'Manav Sewa Ashram'

Dhangadhi: On the occasion of its seventh anniversary, Lotus Cafe, located near Dhangadhi Rastra Bank, has provided food assistance to Manav Sewa Ashram.

Cafe operators Tank Kathayat and Khemnath Yogi visited Manav Sewa Ashram in Dhangadhi-5 and handed over food support as part of the anniversary celebration. The assistance included rice, vegetables, noodles and salt worth Rs 15,000.

Kathayat said that to mark the anniversary, the cafe is offering a 15 percent discount on all bills and organizing a live music program from 5 pm today.

Lotus Cafe operators Kathayat and Yogi have been extending food assistance to social organizations such as Manav Sewa Ashram and Drishti Foundation every year on the cafe’s anniversary. Yogi said that after supporting Drishti Foundation last year, they chose to provide assistance to Manav Sewa Ashram this year.
