Dhangadhi experiences intensified cold, temperature drops to 15°C

Dhangadhi: Cold weather has intensified in Dhangadhi, the capital of the Far West, as a cold wave grips the Terai region. The ongoing low temperatures over the past few days have disrupted normal life in the area.

According to the Mahakali Basin Field Office, Attariya, under the Department of Water and Meteorology, the maximum temperature in Dhangadhi has been recorded at 15 degrees Celsius, while the minimum has dropped to 12 degrees Celsius.

Today, the minimum temperature has been measured at 12.4 degrees Celsius, with the maximum yet to be recorded. The Field Office has indicated that the weather in the Terai region is unlikely to improve in the coming days.
