NCP recommends candidates from all constituencies in Kanchanpur for House Elections
Kanchanpur: The Nepali Communist Party (NCP) has recommended a list of potential candidates from all three constituencies in Kanchanpur for the upcoming House of Representatives elections. The district working group has forwarded the list to the central committee, including both experienced leaders and new faces.
For Constituency No. 1, seven names have been recommended, including former minister Bina Magar, along with Jeevanraj Thapa, Madansen Wadayak, Tilak Bhatta, Deepak BC, Bhakta Bahadur Adhikari, and Lokendra Lamsal.
In Constituency No. 2, the list includes Jayaram Pandey, Durga Joshi Bhatta, Mahesh Dutt Joshi, Madhav Prasad Pant, Lal Bahadur Khadka, Harish Thakulla, and Toyraj Joshi, reflecting a significant number of aspirants.
For Constituency No. 3, five leaders have been recommended: Khem Bhandari, Deepak Singh Saud, Man Bahadur Sunar, Rajiv Damai, and Harak Singh Dhami. Special priority has been given to ensuring representation of Dalit and tribal communities.
According to NCP leader Jeevan Raj Thapa, the party’s central task force will finalize the candidates from among the names recommended at the district level. The district committee has submitted all aspirants’ names and delegated the final decision-making authority to the center.
