Sudurpaschim province invites applications for 57 posts, including doctors, at Bayalpata Hospital
Dhangadhi: The Ministry of Social Development of Sudurpaschim Province has announced an open competition to recruit 57 personnel on a contract basis for Bayalpata Hospital in Achham.
According to the ministry, the vacancies cover a range of positions, including doctors, technicians, health workers, managers, and administrative assistants, to operate Bayalpata Provincial Hospital in line with the posts approved by the Council of Ministers of Sudurpaschim Province. The hospital has been under provincial management since Bhadra 1, following the enactment of the Hospital Operation Act.
The advertised posts include MD, Physician, Surgeon, Anesthesiologist, Ophthalmologist, Gynecologist, Pediatrician, Women’s Health Officer, Dental Surgeon, Hospital Manager, Lab Technician, Pharmacy Officer, Staff Nurse, Anesthetic Assistant, Radiographer, Computer Operator, Health Assistant, Ayurveda Assistant, and Community Health Officer.
The application deadline is set for 23rd Bhadra. Candidates are required to complete the prescribed application form and submit it via email to the Ministry of Social Development.
Qualification requirements specify that most health service positions require a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the relevant field, along with registration with the Nepal Health Professions Council or the relevant council. The Hospital Manager position requires a master’s degree in health care management or hospital administration.
The selection process will include either a merit list and interview or a written test and interview, according to the ministry. Successful candidates will be appointed on contract service to district hospitals, primary health centers, health posts, and offices under the ministry across the province.
