Man arrested on rape charges in Kailali

Kailali: Police have arrested a man in Kailali on charges of rape.

According to the District Police Office, Kailali, 46-year-old Lokesh Surja Magar of Kuchaini Camp, Gauriganga Municipality-3, was taken into custody on Wednesday evening for allegedly raping an 18-year-old girl.

A police team from the Area Police Office, Tikapur, apprehended Magar following a complaint filed against him. Police said that necessary investigations into the case are underway.
