Woman injured after being hit by motorcycle in Kanchanpur

Dhangadhi: A woman was injured in a motorcycle collision in Kanchanpur.

The incident occurred in Pashupati Tole, Dodhara Chandani Municipality-1, when a motorcycle with an Indian number plate, driven by 19-year-old Vishal Chand, struck 50-year-old Kalawati Devi Bhatta.

Bhatta, who was hit while the motorcycle was traveling from south to north, sustained injuries to her head, hand, and left leg. She was initially treated at Dodhara Chandani Hospital and later referred to Dhangadhi for further treatment.

Police have taken both the motorcycle and its driver, Chand, into custody.
