New leadership of Dhangadhi Chamber of Commerce takes oath

Dhangadhi: The newly elected office bearers and members of the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City Chamber of Commerce have officially taken their oath of office and secrecy.

The oath-taking ceremony was organized by the Nepal Chamber of Commerce Sudurpaschim Province Committee on Thursday, where Provincial Vice President Lokendra Bhatta administered the oath to the newly elected team.

Pramod Thapa has been elected as the President of the Chamber, Manoj Padal as Vice President (Commerce), Bishnu Dutt Badu as Vice President (Industry), Gajendra Bahadur Shah as Secretary, and Ujjwal Burlakoti as Treasurer. Jiwan Pokharel, Deepak Thapa, Rukum Singh Dhami, and Prateek Bista have been elected as members.

The program, chaired by Provincial Vice President Bhatta and attended by Deputy Mayor of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City, Kandakala Rana, also featured a photo and video exhibition.

Speaking on the occasion, newly elected President Thapa pledged to work collectively to safeguard and promote the rights and interests of entrepreneurs engaged in commerce.

Officials and members from various business umbrella organizations, including the Nepal Seed and Seed Association and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, participated in the event.
