Fire destroys cowshed in Bajhang, livestock killed and injured

Bajhang: A fire broke out in a cowshed in Bajhang district early Tuesday morning, resulting in the death of multiple livestock.

According to the District Police Office, Bajhang, the blaze erupted around 4 a.m. in the one-story cowshed of Purna Bahadur Khadka, a resident of Gairi Pokhari, Bitthadchir Rural Municipality-7. The fire is believed to have started from a flame lit inside the home.

Tragically, three goats and one cow were burned to death in the incident. Additionally, two bulls and one cow sustained injuries. No human casualties were reported.
