Chairman Dahal vows to fulfill dreams of Martyrs, Launches 'One Martyr, One Employment' program

Kanchanpur: Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Center) and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has reaffirmed his commitment to honor the sacrifices of martyrs by fulfilling their dreams and supporting their families.

Speaking at a program organized to honor martyr families in Motiyabasti, Punarbas Municipality, as part of the Maoist Tarai-Madhes Awakening Campaign along the Postal Highway, Chairman Dahal announced the launch of the ‘One Martyr, One Employment’ program.

He stated that both he and his party are dedicated to upholding their responsibilities towards the families of martyrs and those who went missing during the conflict. Stressing the importance of the path shown by the martyrs, Dahal said the party holds their families in the highest regard.

Highlighting that the republican system was achieved through the sacrifices of the people, he reiterated that no system other than the republic is acceptable. On the occasion, Dahal honored members of martyr families by presenting them with traditional dosalla shawls.

Earlier, Dahal inaugurated the Rampur Drinking Water Project in Belauri Municipality and visited the tourist site of Shobhatal in the same municipality. He also met with the families of martyrs and missing persons at Shobhatal premises in Punarbas Municipality-5, where he once again emphasized his commitment to advancing justice, respect, and equality in honor of the martyrs’ sacrifices.
