Maya Metro hospital donates Rs 151,000 to fire victims in Jayagarh

Dhangadhi: Maya Metro Hospital, Dhangadhi, has provided Rs 151,000 in relief assistance to the victims of a fire incident in Bannigagarh.

The financial aid was extended to those affected by the fire that broke out in Jayagarh Bazaar of Bannigagarh Jaigad Rural Municipality. Hospital Chairman Dhirendra Saund personally visited Jayagarh and formally handed over the relief check to Rural Municipality Chairman Tek Bahadur Saund.

Expressing deep sorrow over the loss suffered by the affected families, Chairman Saund emphasized the importance of collective support for their rehabilitation.

“My home is also in Achham. When such a disaster strikes in our home district, we cannot remain silent,” said Chairman Saund. “For now, we have provided relief money on behalf of the hospital. We will also provide all possible assistance, including health treatment for the victims, in the coming days,” he added.
