UML to hold special provincial meeting in Dhangadhi today

Dhangadhi: The Nepal Communist Party (UML) is set to organize a special provincial-level meeting in Dhangadhi today.

The UML’s Provincial Committee is hosting the event at Park Mode, Dhangadhi, on Friday afternoon. Three senior UML office bearers—Vice President Yubaraj Gyawali, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, and Secretary and Far West In-Charge Lekhraj Bhatta—are scheduled to address the gathering, according to party sources.

The UML stated that the meeting aims to promote the institutional development of a democratic republic, protect the constitution, and stand against anarchy. It is being organized as part of the party’s ongoing ward-centered toll campaign across the country.

UML leaders, cadres, and members of the general public are expected to participate in the event. The party views the meeting as both a demonstration of strength in the Far West region and an effort to raise public awareness.
