Fire erupts in furniture shop in Dhangadhi, Causing losses worth Rs 3 lakh

Dhangadhi: A fire broke out at a furniture shop in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-12 on Thursday, causing an estimated loss of Rs 3 lakh.

The tin-roofed furniture shop, owned by Dan Singh Kuwar, a resident of Si village, caught fire due to an electrical short circuit, according to the District Police Office, Kailali. The fire destroyed wood, furniture, machinery, and other valuable items before it could be brought under control.
