Customs evasion goods worth Rs 4.5 lakh seized in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: Authorities in Kanchanpur have seized customs evasion goods worth Rs 4.5 lakh, illegally imported from India.

A police patrol team from the Area Police Office, Gaddachauki, intercepted the goods at Bhimdatta Municipality-11, Bhujela Viral Road. The confiscated items, valued at Rs 4.68 lakh, include mobile phone displays, housings, back panels, and other mobile phone parts.

The police have taken the seized goods under control for further investigation.
