Landslide blocks Khalanga-Gokuleshwar road, disrupts transport

Darchula: The Khalanga-Gokuleshwar road section under the Mahakali Highway has been blocked due to a landslide in Thanyakatha, Kimtadi, Mahakali Municipality-5.

Police reported that the landslide, which occurred from above the road, has completely disrupted transport services in the area.

As a result, vehicles and passengers traveling between the Terai and the district headquarters have been stranded, causing significant inconvenience for locals and travelers trying to reach their destinations.
