Baitadi to host district-level inter-city volleyball tournament with Rs 125,000 top prize

Baitadi: The district-level inter-city volleyball tournament is set to take place in Baitadi from Falgun 15 to Falgun 18 at the Jagannath Multiple Campus playground in Gothalapani.

Organizer Manager Tej Bahadur Chand Trust member Tej Prakash Bhatta stated that preparations for the tournament are in full swing. All 10 local levels of the district are expected to participate in the event.

According to Trust Secretary Binod Bahadur Chand, the winning team will be awarded Rs 125,000, while the runner-up will receive Rs 75,000. Additionally, the third-place team will be granted Rs 35,000, with a consolation prize of Rs 15,000. The tournament will also recognize the best player, who will receive a Rs 5,000 cash prize.
