Two youths from Bajhang arrested with drugs in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: Police have arrested two youths from Bajhang in possession of narcotics in Dhangadhi, Kailali.

The suspects, 26-year-old Govinda Bahadur Dhami and 28-year-old Lokendra Bohara, both residents of Kedarsyun Rural Municipality-6, Bajhang, were apprehended on Tuesday near the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-5 Transport Office. They were found in possession of 31 grams 730 milligrams of brown heroin and 2 kilograms 175 grams of a black substance suspected to be hashish. The arrest was carried out by personnel from the District Police Office, Kailali.

In a separate incident, an 18-year-old teenager was arrested the same day with 510 milligrams of heroin from Baganiya, Lamkichuha Municipality-2. The arrest was made by a police team from the Area Police Office, Lamki.
