Bajura's Rawal taken into police custody for vandalizing public bus

Doti: Police have taken Jhalak Bahadur Rawal, a 20-year-old resident of Chhatra, Tribeni Municipality-6, Bajura, into custody for vandalizing a public bus and causing a disturbance.

According to the District Police Office, Doti, the incident occurred on Friday night when Rawal, who was reportedly intoxicated, engaged in a physical altercation with the bus driver and other passengers aboard a bus (Na 7 Kha 3236) traveling from Dhangadhi to Bajura. The altercation took place at Gaira Bazaar, Jorayal Rural Municipality-1, Doti.

During the incident, Rawal threw stones at the bus, injuring some passengers and breaking the glass of the cabin door, police reported. A case has been registered against him at the District Police Office, Doti.
