Husband and Wife Injured in Motorcycle-Pickup Collision in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: A husband and wife sustained injuries when a pickup truck collided with their motorcycle in Dhangadhi.

According to police, Ashish Sijapati of Godavari Municipality-6, Lalpur, and his wife Sanu Sijapati were riding a motorcycle (No. 01012 Pa 1508) when they were struck by a Tata pickup truck (No. Ba 18 Cha 2817) driven by Uttam Bista of Rajpur, Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City-13. The accident occurred after a sudden tire burst caused the pickup to go out of control and hit the motorcycle on Saturday.

Both injured individuals are currently undergoing treatment at Padma Hospital in Attariya, according to the District Police Office, Kailali.
