Woman falls to death from cliff in Darchula

Darchula: A tragic incident occurred in Darchula as a woman lost her life after falling from a cliff.

The deceased has been identified as Durga Rawal, 39, a resident of Lekgaun, Shailyashikhar Municipality-5. Rawal left her home at 11 a.m. to mow grass but did not return by evening. Concerned family members initiated a search and found her lifeless body approximately 150 meters below Saunlote cliff.

This unfortunate event highlights the risks faced by residents engaging in daily activities in rugged terrains.
