Nepali congress nominates Prakash Bahadur Chand as candidate for ward president in Bhimdatta-6

Kanchanpur: The Nepali Congress has finalized its candidate for the upcoming election for the ward president of Bhimdatta Municipality-6 in Kanchanpur, scheduled for Mangshir 16.

The party has chosen Prakash Bahadur Chand, a leader within the Congress Kanchanpur, as its candidate for the ward president position. Keshav Bahadur Chand, chairman of the Nepali Congress Kanchanpur Constituency 3, confirmed that Prakash, who also serves as the ward chairman, will represent the party.

This decision comes in light of the upcoming by-election to fill the vacancy left by the late Ward President Mahendra Khadka, who was elected from the Congress in the previous local level elections held in 2079 BS.
