Eight arrested for gambling in Darchula

Darchula: Eight individuals were arrested on Sunday for illegal gambling in Darchula. The arrests took place at the residence of 57-year-old Gobind Dhanuk, located in Mahakali Municipality-4, Khanalga Bidyanagar.

According to the District Police Office, Darchula, a team conducting a search operation at Dhanuk’s home discovered the suspects gambling on the upper floor. Authorities seized 93,220 Nepalese Rupees in cash and a deck of cards from the scene. The police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
