Tree falls on house in Kailari, Kailali amidst incessant rain

Dhangadhi - A tree has fallen on a house in Kailari Rural Municipality-7, Chhatkapur Vasantha, Kailali, causing significant damage.

The incident occurred amidst continuous heavy rainfall in the region. The house of local resident Santaram Chaudhary was damaged when a Shorea robusta Gaertn aka sal tree fell on it.

While the falling tree resulted in the loss of crops stored in the house, fortunately, there were no human casualties reported. Santaram Chaudhary expressed relief that no one was injured, despite the substantial damage to his property.

The continuous rain has raised concerns among the residents, and local authorities are urging people to stay vigilant and take necessary precautions during the adverse weather conditions.
