Suspension of Rakshya Bam Member Amid Allegations; ANNFSU Urges Fair Investigation
Dhangadhi: The suspension of Rakshya Bam ANNFSU a member of in Dhangadhi, Kailali, has stirred attention.
Bam, a standing committee member of the organization currently under police custody on charges of alleged criminal activities, has been suspended by ANNFSU. Samik Badal, the organization's president, conveyed this decision through an official statement. "We urge the Nepal Police to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the matter, given reports of their involvement in the incident concerning a defense bomb and a member of the UNERASWVIU Standing Committee," stated the release.
The statement further highlighted concerns over attacks on individuals' private lives and character assassination, particularly those holding public responsibilities, based on complaints. Emphasizing ANNFSU's commitment to upholding the rule of law, President Badal affirmed the organization's full cooperation with the ongoing police inquiry.
President Badal underscored, "During this process, we confirm the suspension of Raksha Bomb from organizational duties." According to police reports, Bam was apprehended on Tuesday following allegations of illicit gains.
