Girl Injured in Cliff Fall in Baitadi

Baitadi: A young girl sustained injuries after falling from a cliff in Baitadi. Bhavna Mahara, an 8-year-old residing in Purchaundi Municipality-10, Maharagaon, suffered injuries in the accident.

Police Inspector Khemvikram KC, spokesperson for the District Police Office, Baitadi, reported that Mahara had fallen while grazing goats in the forest near her residence around 11 am on Saturday morning. The fall, from a cliff known as Bhir, resulted in injuries to her head and right hand.

Mahara is currently undergoing treatment at Nisarga Hospital in Dhangadhi, receiving medical attention for her injuries sustained in the unfortunate incident.
