One Injured in Jeep Accident in Darchula

Darchula: A single individual sustained injuries in a jeep accident that occurred in Darchula.

The incident took place on Thursday at Chowpata, situated in Lekam Rural Municipality-5 of Sudurpaschim Province. The involved vehicle, bearing registration number 01-001 J 1489, veered off the road, plunging approximately 100 meters downhill.

Among the passengers, 24-year-old Dhan Bahadur Bohra suffered injuries and is currently receiving medical attention at Gokuleswar Hospital. Fortunately, the remaining occupants, including the driver, escaped unharmed. The cause of the accident appears to be loss of vehicle control.
