Dhangadhi: The District Administration Office in Dadeldhura has implemented new regulations, restricting the playing of Deusi-Bhailo to a time frame ending at 10 pm. A formal notification has been issued, emphasizing the prohibition of Deusi-Bhailo activities beyond this stipulated time.

Furthermore, the notification outlines additional guidelines, expressly forbidding the transportation, sale, distribution, and usage of explosive materials such as firecrackers. In a concerted effort to promote safety and environmental consciousness, the notice also discourages the use of artificial garlands that may adversely impact the environment.

Additionally, the notification addresses various other activities deemed inappropriate, including gambling, tas (a traditional game involving a wooden ball and a curved wooden bat), and khadgade (swordplay).
