Darchula: In a distressing turn of events, a woman has been discovered deceased in Darchula. The local authorities have identified the deceased as 48-year-old Dhanadevi Thagunna, a resident of Naugad Rural Municipality-1, Bagad, within the district.

The lifeless body of Thagunna was found within the confines of the Bilasau forest, located in the same vicinity, on a fateful Tuesday. Her disappearance was first noted on the 20th of September, when she left her residence, stating her intention to visit her daughter's home. Subsequently, her lifeless body was located during a search operation launched following the loss of contact with her.
