A case was filed in a special court against a teacher in Kailali
Dhangadhi: A case has been filed in a special court against a teacher from Kailali. The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission has filed a case against Mahesh Shah, who is working as a relief teacher at Dasharath Secondary School in Ghodaghodi Municipality-2 Sadepani on Friday.
According to the authority, this was found during the investigation of the complaint that he submitted a fake certificate of intermediate and had to investigate the certificate of educational qualification. According to the statement issued by the commission, the certificate of educational qualification which Shah is said to have received from Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, Board of High School and Intermediate Education, UP, Government Hussainabad Inter College, India has been proven false.
As it has been confirmed that Shah has committed the offense defined in subsection (1) of section 16 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 BS, a charge sheet has been filed in the special court demanding that he be punished in accordance with subsection (1) of section 16 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 BS.
