The traffic police from Dhangadhi have arrested 7 drivers with the help of a technological drug test kit and have handed them over to the district police office Kailali. Provincial Police Chief DIG Bharat Bahadur Bohra said that the work of checking the drivers is underway by ordering drug test kits from Kathmandu.
With the help of this technology, 33-year-old Bhimraj Awasthi of Ganyapadhura rural municipality-1 of Dadeldhura was arrested by the traffic police and handed over to the police. He was tested positive on the 6-lane road in Dhangadhi. He was then arrested and sent to the District Police Office Kailali for further investigation. Similarly, in the test conducted on Saturday, six more people were arrested by the traffic police. They were arrested from Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-13 Rajpur.

The traffic police said that the driver of the winger, Bidus Rana, 25, of Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-3, and Arjun Rawal, 31, of Bedkot municipality-10, the driver of the winger, were arrested by the traffic police and handed over to the district police office, Kailali.
