Why did Bhim Rawal move towards Achham after one year ?

Dhangadhi: CPN-UML Vice President Dr. Bhim Rawal is going to Achham home district. He is going to his home district for the first time as soon as the UML reaches the stage of 16th May, 2018 (Jestha 2, 2075 BS) with the ten-point agreement of the party. It is learned that he is going to address a cadre gathering organized by CPN-UML District Committee Achham today.

UML has organized a district meeting at Achham district headquarters. He is scheduled to address the gathering. It is said that he returned to Achham only after one year.
