Presidential Running Shield Competition postponed in Bajura

Dhangadhi: The Presidential Running Shield Competition in Bajura has been postponed.

The 12th Presidential Running Shield competition held at the district headquarters Martadi has been postponed due to a dispute on the second day.

It is said that the competition was postponed as the Sports Development Committee could not resolve the dispute that started after the participants of Budhiganga Municipality were injured in the second day's match. The coaches of Badimalika Municipality had said that the five local levels would not play in the competition.

However, the coaches of Badimalika have even issued a statement saying that they have been accused without any reason. Six out of nine local levels of the district participated in the competition.
