Two arrested for possessing brown sugar in Dhangadhi

Police have arrested Shushil Chaudhary, 27, of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan Ward No 13 and Bal Govinda Rana, 26, of the same place from Chatakpur, Ward No. 3 of Dhangadhi for possessing brown sugar.

According to the spokesperson of the District Police Office, Deputy Superintendent of Police Pratik Bista, 1 gram 310 mg brown sugar, a mobile phone and Rs 3,945 in cash were recovered from Chaudhary.

Similarly, 1 gram 720 mg of brown sugar and a mobile phone were recovered from Rana who was with him, said DSP Bista. A case has been registered against them and investigation is underway, police said.
